tires are flat not shining. 3 tiles are broken call them twice for replacement tiles never got a response

The product looks rather cheap. It has no drainage for ashes or rain. The legs are lightweight and the "marble" tile edging is thin. I hope it will serve our purposes, but I can't say I am at all pleased with the product.
