While my experience with the website was absolutely excellent, the quality of this product falls short. A distinguishing feature of the fire pit as pictured is the perimeter of beautiful tiles. The unit I received has sloppy workmanship, with several broken tiles, haphazardly applied grout, and a generally low-end appearance. It was easy to assemble [...] but the way the product actually looks makes me a little embarrassed to have it on my patio. At least it will be used at night!

Tile is very attractive. It's great on our deck (we've put tile under it for safety but the metal legs don't get hot). Log space is shallow but good enough for sticks, and small logs. Looks great in person. We've had it less than a week and already used it several times. Careful of the handle on the spark screen, it gets sooty and hot. We use the tongs to remove the screen. Overall, I love it and recommend it.
