We love to sit outside in our backyard and wanted a fire pit to add to our enjoyment. We were planning to build our own and then saw this one. We loved it, the warranty is great (one year from FirePit.com and 5 from Patina). It arrived very quickly and just required lifting out of the box and setting it down in the spot we had chosen. We have had two fires so far and love the evening sky cut-outs, they are beautiful and we really enjoy looking at them and through them to the fire. My husband thought we needed something larger but has decided this is perfect. We love the rough, aged look of it, it is very rustic and goes great with the way we are landscaping our yard. We haven't had it long enough to know how it weathers and have only done minimal cleaning out of ashes so far so I can't rate those but our initial impression is absolutely favorable and we would buy it again and recommend it to others. We live in the southeast so it will get a real test with the humidity and rain here. Fantastic fire pit, we plan to spend many nights relaxing around it with friends and family.

Very quick delivery. The product arrived it great condition, we just took it out of the box and set it in the spot we had chosen. Our only contact with customer service so far is to ask questions before we bought and we were very satisfied. We had climate concerns about which of the fire pits we liked would best handle out humid area and called with our questions. We think they helped us choose the perfect fire pit for us and our area. Couldn't be more pleased.

Easy to set up & start using. No assembly required. We are using duraflame logs which makes it even easier. We have placed the firepit on our backyard patio and are enjoying sitting by the fire with family & friends on cool winter evenings in S.W.FL.

Not whatI thought. if you like very "Rustic" than you will like this. i was expecting someting with a Patina finish, not just rusted metal. Quality of the constuction is fine and the guage metal is very sturdy.
