Add a little Northern exposure to your outdoor living area with the Patina Moose and Tree Fire Pit. Hand-crafted of durable cold-rolled steel, this metal-bottom fire pit with sturdy legs is perfect for camping and backyard entertaining.


Includes a BBQ grill insert, a poker, and a spark-arresting safety screen. Authentic Northwestern rust patina finish. No assembly required. Free fire pit cover is included! Versatility, rustic atmosphere, and fun are yours with this fire pit!
If you plan to use your fire pit on a wood deck, we recommend placing it over a protective pad or paving stones, which can be purchased at your local hardware store.

This fire pit is treated with a protective rustic patina finish. Occasionally the patina finish may rub off onto hands, rugs, or other surfaces it comes into contact with. Once the first fire is burned the finish will etch into the steel and become part of the protective finish. At this time, if you wish to clean off the excess patina material on your fire pit, simply scrub lightly with water and a soft nylon brush then hose off any excess and let dry. Over time, this finish will darken to a beautiful burgundy color.

    I love this fire pit. I did a lot of research before purchasing and I chose this Patina model for a few reasons:

    1. The legs are welded on. This means NO ASSEMBLY required. And I don't have to worry about tiny screws coming loose

    2. You don't have to put sand in the bottom of the pit like some of the cheaper models.

    3. It has a much longer warrenty than it's competitors. I don't have to worry about burn through or rust through for 5 years!!!!

    All in all, my family loves this pit and I'm happy I made the right choice!

    This firepit has a 5 year guarantee against burnout and it's much thicker than the cheaper firepits available for less money. I found about 3 or 4 sellers had claimed this firepit was made in the US and this was a factor in my decision, after I received mine I saw on the box that it was actually made in China. Based on past experiences I try to avoid goods from China. [...] This is built better than I would expect from China and otherwise looks like a good product.               Q1: Is this a SoJoe product? What's the difference between this brand/type of fire pit and a SoJoe?

              A: No. This pit is welded together and fully assembled - SoJoe comes in parts. This pit is made with 16 gauge steel and carries a 5 year warranty against burn throughs or rusting.

              Q2: What is the depth of the pit?

              A: 11.5 inches - not including the bottom legs - just measuring from the top lip to the bottom/base of the pit.
