Wow! I'm quite impressed with the "Thank You" email! Any type of sincere customer service is so blaringly lacking today, that I was shocked to receive this, frankly.



Please do tell Mr. Nielson that the opening first paragraph is really great! I thought he should know that someone out here in cyber land was truly impacted by it.

Before I even receive the item I ordered, I will recommend your company to everyone I know who may have a need for what you sell, simply based on the "thank you" email I received. Any CEO that bothers to recognize how important this type of customer care is, has to have a company with great products, as well!

I recently purchased the 30" Copper Firepit with the Scroll Wrought Iron base. It was easy to assemble. It only took approximately 5 minutes. It goes well with the decor in the backyard. My granddaughter loves it, and can't wait until I fire it up. She likes to toast marshmallows in it. For safety sake, I toast the marshmallows. The firepit gives a warm ambiance to the backyard. The whole family loves it.
