Choose your finish for the hand-crafted, fully welded steel frame. Next, choose from a beautiful selection of marble tops. These natural stone tops are manufactured with a 1- to 1.5-inch honeycombed aluminum sub-straight to strengthen the top, and prevent warping. This also makes it lighter, and easier to handle. Actual stone surfaces measure between .75- and 1.5-inches thick. Lastly, there are three fire kit types to choose from. The log kit will give you a traditional fireplace look, while the lava or glass kits offer unique and beautiful alternatives.

Materials and construction:
Only the highest quality materials are used in the production of O.W. Lee Company's furniture. Carbon steel, galvanized steel, and 6061 alloy aluminum is meticulously chosen for superior strength as well as rust and corrosion resistance. All materials are individually measured and precision cut to ensure a smooth, and accurate fit. Steel and aluminum pieces are bent into perfect shapes, then hand-forged with a hammer and anvil, a process unchanged since blacksmiths in the middle ages.
For the optimum strength of each piece, a full-circumference weld is applied wherever metal components intersect. This type of weld works to eliminate the possibility of moisture making its way into tube interiors or in a crevasse. The full-circumference weld guards against rust and corrosion. Finally, all welds are ground and sanded to create a seamless transition from one component to another.
Each frame is blasted with tiny steel particles to remove dirt and oil from the manufacturing process, which is then followed by a 5-step wash and chemical treatment, resulting in the best possible surface for the final finish. A hand-applied zinc-rich epoxy primer is used to create a protective undercoat against oxidation. This prohibits rust from spreading and helps protect the final finish. Finally, a durable polyurethane top coating is hand-applied, and oven-cured to ensure a long lasting finish.

Metal Frame Maintenance O.W. Lee metal furniture is designed to require minimum maintenance. Metal frames should be kept clean. Do not let dirt build up on the metal frames. Cleaning with mild soap and water, and seasonal touch-up of any scratches, chips or occasional rust seepage from crevices or hidden, unfinishable surfaces inherent in some ornate designs is all that is required. Touch-up pens in matching frame colors are available through your retail dealer. Never leave furniture standing in water. To keep your furniture looking its best, you may wish to store or cover your furniture when not in use for an extended period of time. Cushion Care O.W. Lee uses quality 100% solution dyed acrylics or acrylic/polyester blended fabrics, and only the finest outdoor foam and fiber fillings. Fabrics have been treated to resist stains and water before leaving the factory. Regular cleaning with mild soap and water using a sponge or soft scrub brush is all that is required. Faux Stone Tops Faux Stone tabletops are made from non-porous materials and are easily cleaned with soap and water. On a regular basis, use a mild soap and soft rag to scrub the surface and rinse with clean water. Natural Stone Tops All O.W. Lee natural stone table tops, which includes Tumbled Marble, Polished Marble and Granite, are treated at the factory with an impregnating sealer that penetrates deep into the porous surface providing a long lasting barrier that locks out oils, water, stains and dirt. Spills should be wiped up quickly to avoid any staining on the surface. Regular cleaning with mild soap and water with a sponge or soft scrub brush is all that is required. Resealing of your tabletop may be required under extremely heavy use (restaurant or commercial application) after 1 or 2 years. Regular residential use should not require resealing for at least 2 to 4 years. Natural stone tops will fade in direct sunlight over time. This fading is a natural process and will be more noticeable on brightly colored stones and polished marble. Stone tops may be re-polished professionally, and always require resealing after polishing. Storing your natural stone top(s) when not in use for extended periods of time is recommended.
