With the exception on a few screws being difficult to put in , the assembly was easy. This looks great and makes the yard cozy ona cool night. We are thrilled with it!!!

Our only problem was that we had trouble starting it the first time. We called customer service. They answered right away and were so knowledgeable and nice about walking us through the starting process. We were really impressed. Starting it is no problem now. We just were not following the instructions correctly. I would definitely recommend it to my friends!
