What is Corten steel?+
Corten develops a protective rust patina over 6-12 months that prevents further corrosion. Same material used on bridges designed to last centuries.
What comes with my fire pit?+
Fire bowl/table, burner system, fire media, marine-grade cover, installation guide, and care kit.

Can I customize my fire pit?+

Care & Maintenance
Can I use my fire pit in the rain?+
Yes. All EMBER fire pits are designed for year-round outdoor use. We recommend covering the burner when not in use.
Returns & Warranty
Do you accept returns?+
Yes. 30-day return policy from delivery. Items must be in original condition. Bespoke orders are final sale.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?+
White Glove delivery takes 6-8 weeks. Standard freight takes 4-6 weeks.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes — White Glove delivery is complimentary on all orders.
Installation & Setup
What fuel types are available?+
Most models come in propane and natural gas. Propane includes concealed tank compartment.
