Google User Data

We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, Drive files, or any other Google services. We do not share your Google user data with third parties except as described in the “Information Sharing” section above (payment processors, shipping carriers, and email service providers necessary to fulfill your orders). We do not use your Google user data for advertising purposes. You can revoke FirePits.com's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions.

Marketing Communications

We only send marketing emails (new products, promotions, collections) if you explicitly opt in — either by checking the marketing consent box during account registration or by subscribing through our newsletter form. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any marketing email, or by contacting us at kade@firepits.com.

Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notifications, password resets) are not marketing and will continue regardless of your marketing preferences, as they are necessary to fulfill our obligations to you.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes (such as tax records, which are retained for 7 years).
