- Structural defects in materials and workmanship
- Burner system malfunctions
- Finish defects beyond normal weathering
What's not covered:
- Normal patina development on Corten steel and copper (this is a feature, not a defect)
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper installation
- Natural wear from regular outdoor exposure
- Cosmetic changes that don't affect functionality
