Summerset
Built for the patio, priced for the build
The Story
Summerset Grills sits in the build-it-yourself outdoor kitchen sweet spot. The catalog stretches from the value-tier Sizzler line — solid 304 stainless gas grills at builder-friendly price points — up through TRL and Alturi, where features like LED-lit knobs, infrared rotisseries, and ceramic radiants compete head-to-head with Hestan and Lynx at materially lower cost.
The build process is what differentiates them in the mid-market. Every grill head is welded — not riveted — in 304 stainless, with thick double-wall hoods and a sealed firebox so heat retention holds at temperature without cycling. The cooking grates are heavy stainless rod across the entire line; even the entry-tier Sizzler ships with grates that outlast competing brands' mid-tier offerings.
Beyond grills, Summerset runs one of the deepest accessory catalogs on the market: side burners, power burners, drop-in cooktops, pizza ovens, doors and drawers in three widths each, refrigeration, sinks, dispensers — everything you need to ship a complete island. The modular dimensions are designed so dealers and contractors can lay out a full kitchen from a single supplier without mixing brands.

What Summerset Cares About
01
304 stainless throughout
Marine-grade 304 stainless across the line — grills, doors, drawers, refrigeration — welded rather than riveted, so seams hold over decade-plus deployments.
02
Three tiers, one system
Sizzler, TRL, and Alturi step up in features (LED knobs, infrared rotisseries, ceramic radiants) without changing module dimensions — mix tiers in the same island.
03
Deep accessory catalog
Side burners, power burners, pizza ovens, drop-ins, doors, drawers, refrigeration, sinks, dispensers — full outdoor-kitchen module set in matching 304 stainless.
04
Dealer-direct lead times
Manufactured in Murrieta, California with stocking inventory at the dealer level, so most configurations ship within 1–3 business days instead of the 4–8 week build queues common at the premium tier.
Questions
Frequently Asked About Summerset
How does Summerset compare to Hestan, Lynx, or Coyote?
Summerset uses the same 304 stainless construction and welded-seam build that defines the luxury tier, at materially lower price points. The Alturi line goes head-to-head on features with Hestan/Lynx — infrared rotisseries, LED knob lighting, double-wall hoods — while Sizzler and TRL undercut Coyote at the entry and mid tiers. Most buyers comparing across all four end up at Summerset for the price-to-feature ratio.
What's the difference between Sizzler, TRL, and Alturi?
Sizzler is the entry tier — solid 304 stainless, stainless rod grates, conventional burners. TRL adds infrared rotisserie burner, LED knob lighting, and ceramic radiants over the burners. Alturi is the flagship — every TRL feature plus heavier double-wall construction, sear-zone burner, and rotisserie kit standard. Same module dimensions across all three, so you can pair a TRL grill with Alturi access doors in the same island.
Does Summerset cover a full outdoor kitchen?
Yes — beyond grills, the catalog includes side burners, power burners, pizza ovens, drop-in cooktops, doors and drawers in three widths each, refrigeration, sinks, beer dispensers, and trash centers. All modules share dimensions across the lineup, so a full island can spec from a single supplier without mixing brands.
Is Summerset warrantied?
The burners and cooking grates carry a lifetime warranty to the original owner. The structural housing and welded body are warrantied for 10 years. Ignition and electrical components have a 1-year warranty. Coverage transfers when sold through an authorized dealer.
