The build process is what differentiates them in the mid-market. Every grill head is welded — not riveted — in 304 stainless, with thick double-wall hoods and a sealed firebox so heat retention holds at temperature without cycling. The cooking grates are heavy stainless rod across the entire line; even the entry-tier Sizzler ships with grates that outlast competing brands' mid-tier offerings.

The burners and cooking grates carry a lifetime warranty to the original owner. The structural housing and welded body are warrantied for 10 years. Ignition and electrical components have a 1-year warranty. Coverage transfers when sold through an authorized dealer.
