30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every piece we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your EMBER fire feature, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The piece must be in original condition, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our team at returns@firepits.com with your order number. We will arrange freight pickup at no charge within the contiguous United States. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned piece.
Bespoke Orders
Bespoke commissions are made to your specifications and are non-returnable. We mitigate this by sharing detailed renderings and material samples before fabrication begins, ensuring you are confident in every detail.
Damaged Goods
If your piece arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us immediately at returns@firepits.com. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you. Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival and note any damage with the carrier.
