Shipping

All EMBER fire features ship free via freight within the contiguous United States. Each piece is crated in custom-built packaging with foam-lined interiors to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Standard orders ship within 6–8 weeks of order confirmation. Bespoke commissions require 10–16 weeks. You will receive tracking information and a delivery window once your piece ships.

For an additional fee, we offer white-glove delivery including inside placement, uncrating, and removal of all packaging materials. White-glove service is available in most metropolitan areas.

We ship internationally to select destinations. International orders are subject to duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us for an international shipping quote.
